
WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
Your online order will be delivered via ACS courier at the (home/work/etc.) address you selected in checkout page.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY COST, TIME AND DATE?
Delivery times depend on the place of delivery your choice. Normal delivery is usually within 3-6 business days, depending on your location via ACS. Shipping costs are €3,50, but are free for orders over €50,00.
IMPORTANT:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day. During festive or discount periods due to high demand, there may be slight delays in deliveries.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AND/ OR CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS?
Once your order is shipped from our premises, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Enter after 24h the shipping number you received on the "Order Tracking" page.
This way you will be updated on the progress of your order any time.
Moreover, the courier company will contact you directly to inform you of its delivery.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
Extensive quality controls are carried out on all our products.
If, however, your package is damaged, please contact our customer service department.
When your order is delivered please check the packaging and its contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.
If the damage is significant please follow the steps below:
- If the damage is minor, please accept the package and sign the delivery receipt noting the damage.
- If the parcel appears severely damaged, you may refuse to accept your order. In this case, please contact our customer service department directly.
When contacting the customer service department please provide your order number and the delivery number.
Your order will be cancelled so that you can place a new one.
If you have chosen Credit/Debit Card or Paypal as your payment method, we will refund the amount of your order once the parcel is returned to our premises.
If you notice any damage to any of the items after receipt, you can proceed with a return immediately. You will need to fill out the printed return form inside your parcel the item being returned and the reason for return. Include the return form in the parcel you are returning.
