
HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Pack the product you wish to return in its original packaging and send it to the following address: SARKK WAREHOUSE, Aspropyrgos-Filis Avenue, Psari, P.O. Box: 19300, Aspropyrgos. Don't forget to fill in the printed return form included in your parcel. Without it, it is not possible to manage your return. Place the product and the return form in secure packaging to avoid any damage during the return.
The return can be made within 60 calendar days of receipt of your order and is either in the form of a refund or a credit voucher.

We kindly ask you to return the item in its original packaging with the original label.
The following items may not be returned: underwear, swimwear, perfume (unless there is original sealed packaging).

WHAT IS THE RETURN COST?
Return is free of charge. Call your local ACS courier to collect your parcel free of charge.
If you choose a different courier company, you will have to bear the return costs yourself.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If your online order did not satisfy you, you may return it in its original packaging. The return can be made within 60 calendar days since receiving your order. The company reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return deadline or returned items that are not in the same condition as received.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED?
When we receive your returned order/item you will be informed via email.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND AFTER RETURNING AN ORDER/ AN ITEM?
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
COD(Cash on delivery): The amount will be refunded to the account you have indicated on the return form.
Payment by Debit/Credit/Paypal: The amount will be refunded to your credit card.
The refund time depends on your bank provider and it may take 10-14 days.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM/ AN ORDER IN A TOMMY STORE?
Exchanges/returns of items purchased from cy.tommy.com can only be made via courier, following the steps described above and not in physical TOMMY HILFIGER stores.

Items purchased from our online store can be returned within a certain period of time at your own risk. It is necessary, to fill & send the return form found in the parcel you have received. The return is allowed to be made within 60 days from the day of receipt of your order.

To complete the return process promptly please ensure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received with the original label attached. Returns will not be accepted when items have been worn or washed.
If items have been damaged due to use, we reserve the right to return the item to the sender.

A prerequisite for the return is that the item is properly packaged and the return form is completed. Returned items are at your own risk until they reach us.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY REGARDING WATCHES?
Each Tommy Hilfiger watch comes with an extensive user manual, including warranty terms.
-Watches with a leather or rubber strap cannot be adjusted. If they do not fit you, you can return them by following the steps regarding our return policy.
-Watches with bracelets can be customized. We advise you to visit your nearest watch retailer or jewelry store to remove the extra links. If the watch is too small, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary extra links, if available.
