The payment of each order is carried out with absolute security by using a VISA and MASTERCARD credit card of any bank through the Security Certificate & SSL Technology (SSL Technology) protocol, the confirmation of which is carried out through the 3D Secure Network system of VISA and MASTERCARD. Also, the possibility of payment via secure PayPal transaction or cash on delivery is given.

Transactions over five hundred (500,00) Euros can only be made by bank means, i.e. either by debit/credit card or via Paypal. Therefore, orders, the total price of which exceeds this amount, cannot be paid by cash on delivery and payment must be made either by credit/debit card or PayPal. Our Online Store has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of transactions using your credit card. However, in the event of proven fraudulent use of your credit card, your charge may be cancelled upon your request to the bank that issued your credit card, which must investigate your complaint or complaint. For this reason, you are obliged, as soon as you become aware that this has happened, to inform the issuing Bank in order to cancel your card and to prevent its use by unauthorised persons.

During the payment process, SARKK has the right to carry out credit checks. Based on the results of credit checks we may adjust or reject an order and/or the selected payment method. In most cases we will offer you the option to choose another payment method.

Your payment may have been rejected for multiple reasons:

1. The card may have expired. Make sure the card is still valid.
2. You may have reached your credit card limit. Contact your bank to ensure that you have not exceeded your allowed purchase limit.
3. You may have entered certain information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

If it is not one of the three reasons mentioned above, please contact your bank provider.

If you have a promo code, you can redeem it through the payment page or in cart. Enter the code in the "PROMO CODE" field and click on the apply button. Check the expiry date of the promo code before using it.
You cannot use more than one promo code in the same purchase. Promo codes are not valid on discounted items.
